The home care office is centrally located in the city, but we provide home care throughout Östersund and surrounding areas. Therefore, it is important that you have a driver's license.

In the position of nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You work, for example, with helping with personal hygiene, preparing and serving meals, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. The social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that everyone can live life to the fullest. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a part-time colleague for a permanent position with a probationary period at an employment rate of 80%. Start date according to agreement.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

• Driver's license B

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in home care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must show an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
